Chandeliers warm it up
It's been a long week with travel up north and work going crazy, but it's Monday night again and the world is waiting for a Sultry South update! So we need to think happy, warm thoughts and I have just the beautiful thing: Chandeliers!
Who doesn't love a gorgeous, over the top, completely Southern light fixture? You can hang a chandelier anywhere and it adds a touch of class.
As a Southern woman trying to keep a happy (aka clean) home, I spend a considerable amount of time in the laundry room. Add to that my two sweetie pups and hubby and we've got wash going non-stop! How romantic and calming to have a chandelier hanging in the room I know so well! And why not make it a happy place? Every room in the house should be inviting, even the laundry facilities!
Living in the South, we have parties year round. Light a fire in the fire pit and you can be roasting marshmallows late into the night in January! Add a chandelier and you've got a warm glow to keep your guests lively and added a bit of culture and charm.
Any room can be glammed up with a touch of glass. Just pick a chandelier that tickles your fancy and replace those snoring old light fixtures. With so many styles and price ranges, we can all afford to go to our happy place and let our little light shine.
